We take great care in checking each piece before dispatch. However, if you receive a product in a damaged condition, we sincerely apologize.
To help us resolve such issues quickly, we kindly request that you share an unboxing video as proof. This allows us to assess the situation and offer the best possible support.
📏 No Returns for Size Issues
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky. While we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues, we’ve thoughtfully left a 2-inch margin inside each dress to make alterations easier for you.
We recommend checking our size guide before placing your order for the best fit.
⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
In rare cases where you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include photos and your order number so we can assist you promptly.

Items that are custom-made or personalized especially for you are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are crafted to your specific preferences.
